The Steam-e-Pipe is intended to be used for costume purposes. While the underlying technology uses vape components, for legal purposes Steampunked Out pipes and accessories are intended as props for costume use. We do not and have no plans to retail any products that contain Nicotine. However, the FDA has deemed all vape parts and components to be "tobacco products", even those that do not contain nicotine. As such, Steampunked Out will only sell the e-Pipe and accessories to those at least 18 years of age.
